Return & Cancellation Policy

At Morocco Travelling, we are committed to providing exceptional private tour experiences across Morocco. We understand that travel plans may change, and we aim to offer a clear and fair cancellation and modification policy.


Cancellation Policy

Private tour cancellations are handled as follows:

  • More than 35 days before tour start:
    Full refund of the booking amount.
  • 20 to 30 days before tour start:
    50% refund of the booking amount.
  • Within 14 Days of tour start:
    No refund.

Please note: Cancellations must be requested via email or WhatsApp and are confirmed only when acknowledged by our team.


🔄 Modification & Exchange Policy

  • Tour date changes, participant substitutions, or minor itinerary changes are accepted free of charge up to 30 Days before departure.
  • Changes requested within 30 Days of the tour start will be evaluated based on availability and feasibility.

📦 Return Policy (for Prepaid Services)

As a service provider offering travel and experiences, physical returns are not applicable. However, we ensure transparency and flexibility in cancellation and booking adjustments.
